Here are a the answers to a few questions we get asked a lot.

How soon do I need to place an order?

We prefer a couple of days notice for bigger orders, but we also try to accomodate all requests. Meat by the pound, within reason, can be bought in the store any time. However, it is best to call ahead to be sure we have as much as you need. Large poundage orders (4 pound and up) should give us at least a days notice and catering orders, at 3 days.

Preparation and BBQ Sauce

All of our meat is dry rubbed and smoked. This means we do not put sauce on you meat. We have several different BBQ sauces you are welcome to try. If you need special arrangements made for a catering order to be sauced or not rubbed, just give us a call.
